From the first bud to manual harvesting, the vineyard belonging to
Dumenil family is cuddled, protected and cautiously taken care of, month
after month so as to allow each vine to offer its best to the grapes growing on it.
Dumenil Champagne is made faithfully respecting the traditions of the Champagne
region. From fermentation to bottling, every bottle you drink is made step by step
according to the family know-how, which has been handed down from one generation
to the next. Respectfully all non-Vintage champagnes are aged for 4 years as a
minimum and Vintage champagnes are aged for 7 years as a minimum in their cellars, hence
ensuring customers get the very best quality Dumenil Champagne.
